Saurav Jaiswal is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Diverse Genomics Pvt. Ltd. He oversees operations across the complete business cycle starting from Research and Development, Clinical Oncology and Genomics, IT, Collaborations, Business Development, Marketing & Sales Operations, and other corporate functions. Subsequently, he also helps in producing capital and earning revenue for the company’s future sustenance and collaborative partnerships.
Having an MBA Degree in Marketing and Finance from ISB&M- Kolkata, Saurav’s primary goal was to come up with his own start-up which will also be beneficial for millions of people around the globe. Hence, the idea of Diverse Genomics came to the fore. What began as a mere project assignment, slowly and gradually became the first of its kind cutting-edge technology based premier molecular diagnostics company and research organization providing services in Kolkata and Eastern India, with an aim to reach out to the global markets with continuous rigorous effort to benefit patients in distress.
Saurav has always been keen on gathering knowledge from different arenas of life, especially science and technology. This knack helped him in realising the worth of genomics in the coming years and how big a demand molecular biology can create 10 years down the line. Driven by his self-taught nature and being a tech/science savvy person in general, Saurav aspires to rebuild an affordable medical infrastructure, always striving to be better than what it was.
