OPEN POSITION

RESEARCH SCIENTIST

We are seeking for a highly motivated and scientifically driven Research scientist with interest and knowledge in cancer genomics, reproductive genetics, biochemistry and molecular diagnostic field. Qualified candidates should have proven ability to independently design, execute and interpret variety of experiments and exceptional at asking key questions and solving problems rapidly.

The successful candidate will mainly perform wet lab experiments, generate and interpret experimental data on various projects focusing different reproductive and Molecular diagnostic test using molecular, biochemical, cell biology and genomics (Next Generation Sequencing) techniques. Candidate is also required to help in business development by way of discussion with physician of different field.

Key responsibilities include:

Perform wet lab experiments that include routine cell culture, genomics and molecular biology work (e.g. cloning, plasmid prep, PCR qPCR, gel electrophoresis etc to spearhead a fast-moving research and diagnostic project.
Successful candidate should multitask and adapt quickly to rapidly changing and evolving environment.
Communicating clearly in a variety of contexts, including team meetings, research presentations, scientific discussions and business meeting.
Meet with different physicians/business entities for business development of the company

Requirements:

A BS/MS/Ph.D. or equivalent in Molecular biology, cancer biology, cell biology, biochemistry or related disciplines with 2-5 yrs of experience.
Strong technical background and skills in a wide range of cellular and biochemical assays, including cloning, DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis and biochemical assays and familiarity with current molecular biology techniques are required.
The candidates should be self-motivated, possess excellent critical thinking, organization and analytical ability as well as excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to interpret and present data at different forums.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and willing to work long hours as well as travel for business development when needed.

MARKETING

Position Description

Functional Title:	Marketing Executive

POSITION PURPOSE

A brief summary of the purpose this position must fulfill.

The incumbent will be responsible for business discussion of the genetic testing, method discussion, lead generation, lead development, market generation.
Allowing to develop a cordial relationship with corporate hospitals and research institutes
Will get technical training and business mix demo presentation before field survey.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Primarily be responsible for performing market survey and analysis and projection for business opportunities.
Knowledge of Mandelian genetics, gene sequencing and process of disease development which help for cost calculation for the test.
Knowledge for genetic counseling
Require an analytical mind which will provide cost-survival benefit to convince the potential business opportunity
Analytical method troubleshooting, summarizing data and writing reports to document
Understanding, maintaining records in computer and email. Knowledge of Microsoft office, internet.
Recording of data in appropriate format and data compilation and transmission soft/hard copy
Work under minimal supervision after initial training and be willing to work in shifts or beyond regular work hours as required.
Should be comfortable in working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Motivation to learn new skills and a willingness to take on new challenges. Scientific curiosity is also valued attribute.
Must have strong oral and written communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

B.Sc./Master’s degree in Biological sciences. Certificate of business management (optional)
4-6 years previous work experience in the area of genetic counseling (optional)
